ENTRY FEES

The entry fee for Tyyni main event is 80,00 € in all divisions. However, the pricing is tiered based on the time of registrations. The earlier you sign up, the cheaper the entry fee is.

Entry fees for Tyyni side events (One Rounds etc.) will be published detailed event information closer to Tyyni event weeks.

PRICE TIERS

All prices (entry fee and SFL player fee) includes VAT 13,5%.
PayPal and Disc Golf Scene fees are not included. These fees are added automatically to entry fee payment.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS

There are some additional items to choose from while you are making your event registration. All of these items are optional to choose. These can also be purchased later through editing your registration in Disc Golf Scene.

TYYNI ACE POOL

• Price 5,00 €
• Think you can throw an ace? Purchase the Tyyni Ace Pool and if you throw an ace on any Tyyni main event comeptition round, you will receive a 99 € voucher prize.

TYYNI EVENT SUPPORT

• Price 10,00 €
• Tyyni runs with extreme professionalism but still mostly by volunteer work. All the income of the event is put back to the event for players, volunteers and spectators. In case you want, you can support the event and help us continue the good work in the future. If you wish to sponsor the event as an individual player, it is easiest during the registration. Get those volunteers some pizza!

TYYNI ONE ROUND MEGAPACK

• Package price for entry fees to all six Tyyni One Round events
• Price 67,00 €
• Regular price for these fees (including SFL player fee and handling fee) will be 138,37 €. Save more than 50%.
• Available until March 31, 20:00 EEST
• Promotion codes for free entry will be sent before the registration for One Rounds opens.

CUSTOMIZED TYYNI SHIRT

• Price 40,00 €
• Premium quality disc golf shirt with customized Tyyni branding. Shirts will be shared at event check-in
• Shirts available until May 24, 23:00 EEST

REFUND & WITHDRAWAL POLICY

• Official withdrawals must be done via email to contact@tyyni.com, any other method is not processed as an official withdrawal
• Entries cannot be exchanged/transferred to anyone else

REFUNDS

• A processing fee of 10,00 € will be deducted from all refunds
• Any player who fails to officially withdraw receives NO refund
• Waitlist players who do not get into the event will receive a 100 % cash refund

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

All refunds will be subject to the PDGA Competition Manual refund policy (1.03 Withdrawals and Refunds)

• If the official withdrawal is made at least 30 days prior to the event (at the latest May 26), player receives 100% refund (minus processing fee)
• If the official withdrawal is made 15 to 29 days prior to the event (at the latest June 10), player receives 100% refund (minus processing fee) ONLY IF the spot in the tournament is filled from the waitlist at the time of withdrawal request. If the spot can’t be filled, player receives 50% refund or can choose the player pack (minus the shipping cost)
• If the official withdrawal is made within 14 days prior to the event (from June 11 on), player receives 100% refund (minus processing fee) ONLY IF the spot in the tournament is filled from the waitlist at the time of withdrawal request. If the spot can’t be filled, player receives 25% refund or can choose the player pack (minus the shipping cost)
• If the official withdrawal is made within 48 hours prior to the event, player are not entitled to a refund. Player can still get the player pack (minus the shipping cost)
