PRACTISING & WARM-UP

All the TYYNI events gathers together way over 1000 players and of course most of the players wants to practice the courses. Smooth and equal practice possibilities requires scheduling and also some restrictions. We have collected general information about practising during TYYNI weeks and detailed practice schedules for each course.

OVERALL PRACTICE GUIDELINES

  • Practising and warm-up at the course is prohibited always when there is a scheduled competition or other event going on. This is valid from first group’s two minutes signal until the last group has finished the whole round
  • There might be some course maintenance going on during practice days. Pay attention to safety and be sure workers notice you before throwing
  • Respect the given practising times
  • There are three different ways of practicing available:
    1. Walk-in practice – Self-directed practice. No registration or tee-time booking. Just go and throw whenever suits you. We suggest going before noon to avoid queuing. There are no course fees for walk-in practice
    2. Tee-time booking – Book your tee-time in advance and practice without queuing. This is required for some of the courses and there is a small course fee collected
    3. Practise fields by the course
    – Lundbyparken has limited fields so net and baskets will be provided at location
    – Lillsjön has a practice field and basket but there might be other people in the area so heads up.
    – Västerhaninge has a practice field and baskets by tee one.
    – Rudan has a practice field and baskets by tee one.
